Scope

This policy covers the connectar.net website only. ConnectAR is planned to launch in 2027; the future ConnectAR client portal and services will be covered by their own terms and privacy notice.

Information you provide

If you register for early access or send an inquiry using a form on this site, we receive the details you enter: business name, your name, business email, industry (on the Request Information form), and, if you provide them, phone number, approximate monthly invoice volume, role, inquiry type, interests, and message. We also receive the date and time of your submission and, if you arrived from a marketing campaign, the campaign details described below. We use this information only to respond to you and to keep you updated about ConnectAR if you asked us to. Please don’t send us information about your customers or their accounts.

This website never asks for passwords, login credentials, or payment details, and submitting a form doesn’t create an account or activate a service.

Form submissions are sent securely to our sales team by email. To prevent spam, forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes limited technical information about your browser and device to confirm that a person is submitting the form; see Cloudflare’s privacy policy for details.

Campaign attribution

To understand which marketing campaigns lead to inquiries, the site keeps a small record in your browser’s session storage (cleared when you close the browser) of any campaign parameters in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), the first page you visited, and the website that referred you. It is sent to us only if you submit a form.

Information received when you visit

Like any website, our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services) receives standard request information, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time of the request, to deliver the site and keep it secure.

How information is shared

This website is intended for businesses and isn’t directed to children.
