About ConnectAR

ConnectAR is a managed digital accounts receivable engagement service planned for launch in 2027. It is being designed to help businesses reconnect with customers and recover outstanding receivables through email and SMS outreach that directs customers back to the business or its preferred payment experience.

When will ConnectAR launch?

ConnectAR is planned to launch in 2027. A specific date has not been announced. Businesses that register for early access will hear about launch timing first.

Is ConnectAR available today?

No. ConnectAR is in development, and the services described on this site are planned for 2027. They may change before launch.

How will businesses sign up for ConnectAR?

At launch, businesses will enroll online: register the business and an authorized representative, complete verification and eligibility checks, review the service plan, accept the service agreements electronically, set up billing through a secure payment provider, and activate their account. Until launch, Get Started registers your interest in early access; it does not create an account or collect payment.

ConnectAR’s initial focus is dental practices. More broadly, it is being designed for small and midsize businesses that issue invoices to customers and want consistent, digital follow-up on past-due invoices without adding staff.

How ConnectAR will work

How will ConnectAR contact my customers?

ConnectAR is being designed to contact customers by email and SMS text message. Every communication is subject to contact eligibility, applicable law, and your service configuration.

Where will my customers pay?

Every communication is designed to direct customers back to your business: to your existing payment portal or payment instructions, to your designated customer service or payment contact channel, or to an optional white-label payment portal branded for your business. Payment destinations are verified for each business, and unapproved payment links are never used.

Do I need a payment portal or payment processor?

No. ConnectAR is designed to direct customers to your existing payment portal or payment instructions. If you don’t have either, an optional white-label payment portal is planned as a separate service, with its own setup, monthly service, and transaction processing fees to be confirmed before launch.

How will I submit invoices?

ConnectAR is being designed to accept PDF invoices, Excel and CSV files, and manual entry. You review the details it recognizes, likely duplicates, and contact eligibility, then activate the accounts you want included.

Can I stop outreach on an account?

Yes. The planned client portal lets you request an immediate stop to activity on an account and see confirmation when the request has been processed. Outreach is also planned to stop automatically when an invoice is confirmed paid.

Client portal and security

What will the client portal show?

The planned client portal includes an accounts receivable dashboard (balances, account volume, payments, trends, and status breakdowns), searchable account details and history, placement tracking, stop requests, and an audit history of actions your team takes.

Can I log in today?

No. Business login will open with the 2027 launch. ConnectAR does not collect login credentials on this website.

How will my data be protected?

The client portal is being designed with centralized authentication, strict separation between business customers, role-based permissions, multifactor authentication, and audit history for customer-initiated actions.

Pricing

How much will ConnectAR cost?

Pricing will be announced before launch. Businesses that register for early access will be among the first to hear about service options and pricing.
