How ConnectAR will work, from enrollment to resolution.
ConnectAR is being designed so small and midsize businesses can hand off digital follow-up on past-due invoices while staying in control of every account.
Getting Started
Planned for 2027Getting Started Is Simple.
Create your business account, select your service, and upload your invoices. ConnectAR handles the digital engagement while you stay in control.
- 1
Create Your Business Account
Register your business and an authorized representative.
- 2
Verify Your Business
Complete business verification and eligibility checks. Supporting documents are requested only when verification requires them.
- 3
Choose Your Service & Payment Options
Select your service and text messaging option, and choose where customers pay: your existing business payment portal, or the optional ConnectAR white-label payment portal.
- 4
Review & Accept Your Agreement
Review your service terms, accept your agreement electronically, and set up billing through a secure payment provider.
- 5
Upload Your Invoices
Upload PDF, Excel, or CSV files or add accounts manually, then review the details before activation.
- 6
Activate & Monitor
Once your account is approved and activated, monitor engagement, activity, and payments from your dashboard.
Online enrollment opens with the 2027 launch. Verification and approval times vary. Until launch, Get Started registers your interest in early access; it doesn’t create an account or collect payment.

- Add new invoices and placements at any time.
- Review account status, activity, and outreach history.
- Request an immediate stop to outreach on an account.
- Submit authorized changes to an account.
- Manage how long the service runs for an invoice.
- See confirmation when your requests have been processed.
