Security by Design

A secure client portal for every business

Each business will sign in to its own ConnectAR client portal. The portal is being designed with centralized authentication, strict separation between business customers, role-based permissions, multifactor authentication, and an audit history of customer-initiated actions.

Professional Collection Services

When Digital Engagement Isn't Enough

Some balances stay unpaid even after digital outreach. ConnectAR customers will eventually be able to refer eligible accounts directly to Superlative RM for professional collection services.

This is a planned feature. It is not currently operational, and no placement requests can be made today. How it works may change before it becomes available.

  1. One-click placement request

    From the ConnectAR dashboard, you will be able to start a Superlative RM placement request for an account with one click.

  2. Authorization

    Only users your business authorizes will be able to request a placement.

  3. Eligibility checks

    Each account will be checked for eligibility before it can be referred.

  4. Required agreements

    Placements will require the agreements between your business and Superlative RM to be in place.

  5. Acceptance

    Superlative RM will review each request, and an account is placed only once Superlative RM accepts it.
