ConnectAR
Invoice Uploads and Account Placement Planned for 2027

Invoice uploads and account placement, designed to be simple.

ConnectAR is being designed so a business can hand over past-due invoices without re-keying them: upload the invoices or a spreadsheet, review what was recognized, and place the accounts for digital engagement.

Intelligent PDF invoice and spreadsheet uploads

Most businesses already have their invoices as PDFs or in a spreadsheet exported from their accounting system. ConnectAR is planned to accept PDF, Excel, and CSV files, as well as manual entry, and to read the details needed to place an account, so your team reviews the results instead of typing them in.

  • Upload PDF invoices or a placement file in Excel or CSV format, or enter an account manually.
  • Review the invoice and customer details ConnectAR recognized before anything is placed.
  • See validation results that flag missing or inconsistent information for correction.
  • Identify likely duplicate invoices before they are placed.
  • Check contact eligibility before any outreach begins.

Place accounts and track every submission

Placing an account is the step that tells ConnectAR to begin engagement on an invoice. The planned client portal is designed to show where every submission stands, from upload through acceptance and processing.

  • Submit new accounts for engagement and add new placements at any time.
  • Track placement acceptance and processing for each submission.
  • Submit authorized changes to an account after it has been placed.

You decide what is placed

Nothing is contacted until you place it. Placement is planned to be a deliberate, permission-controlled action in your client portal, and every customer-initiated action is designed to be recorded in an audit history.
